Group Size

We believe a small group size is important to ensure all children receive quality individualized care. We will be group of 4 infants and one caregiver to ensure everyone gets all of their needs met and children have the consistency and attention they need to form a secure attachment.

Program Hours

A Second Home Family Daycare will be open Monday- Thursday, 8:45am – 5:00pm. We are currently closed Fridays. Sometimes weekend extra care is available.

Schedules and Fees

With such a focus on relationship, routine, and creating an inclusive environment, we prefer that all children enroll for the 4 days a week. We are currently offering a full day schedule ($1500/month). Please inquire if you are interested in a 3 day a week schedule; it will depend on enrollment and availability. At this time we are not offering 1/2 day schedules.

Enrollment

In Spring 2025 we are starting a new cohort that will have birthdays between July 2024 and December 2024 that can grow together. Children will be enrolled no matter their race, religion, development, or abilities. Before enrolling you will have the opportunity to tour the environment and ask questions. It’s important your family is comfortable here. Before starting, an enrollment packet needs to be completed and you will need to provide the following supplies:

• Diapers
• Extra clothes
• Diaper Cream (if needed)
• Blanket for rest (over 1 year old)
• Bottles
• Breast milk/formula

We will supply:

• Wipes*
• Morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack
• Milk* and water
• Bowls, cups, silverware, plates, milk and water cups
• Sunscreen*
• Nap space (mat or crib)
• Linens (bed sheets, bibs, towels, etc.)
• Laundry

*If your child has a sensitivity to or you are more comfortable with a different brand, you will be responsible for providing those.
