Group Size

We believe a small group size is important to ensure all children receive quality individualized care. We will be group of 4 infants or a group of 6 toddlers to ensure everyone gets all of their needs met and children have the consistency and attention they need to form a secure attachment.

Program Hours

A Second Home Family Daycare will be open Monday- Thursday, 8:45am – 5:00pm. We are currently closed Fridays. Sometimes weekend extra care is available.

Enrollment

Our current cohort has birthdays between January 2024 – January 2025.

In January 2027 we will be starting a new infant cohort. They will have birthdays between April 2026 – September 2026.

Children will be enrolled no matter their race, religion, development, or abilities. Before enrolling you will have the opportunity to tour the environment and ask questions. It’s important your family is comfortable here. Before starting, an enrollment packet needs to be completed and you will need to provide the following supplies:

• Diapers
• Extra clothes
• Diaper Cream (if needed)
• Bottles
• Breast milk/formula

We will supply:

• Wipes*
• Morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack
• Milk* and water
• Bowls, cups, silverware, plates, milk and water cups
• Sunscreen*
• Nap space (mat or crib)
• Linens (bed sheets, bibs, towels, etc.)
• Laundry

*If your child has a sensitivity to or you are more comfortable with a different brand, you will be responsible for providing those.
